Brad Bridge is a retired Assistant Defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. He began his career in the State Appellate Defender in Chicago representing indigent defendants in their appeals to the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Court. For more than 40 years he worked with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. His responsibilities included representation of indigent defendants in Municipal Court, the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Court, Mental Health Court, Pennsylvania Superior Court and Supreme Court, in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and in the Third Circuit. He has experience challenging the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Superior Court and in Courts of Common Pleas the constitutionality of sentencing juveniles to life imprisonment without parole.
