Colleen Gallagher is a litigation associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and former law clerk to the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, she participated in the University of Virginia’s child advocacy clinic and successfully petitioned for a client’s early release from the Department of Juvenile Justice in lieu of transfer to an adult prison.  Before attending law school, she taught special education and eighth grade English at Arthur Ashe Charter School in New Orleans.
