Jessika Brock leads YSRP’s fundraising strategy and oversees all external communications, ensuring the organization’s impact is effectively shared with key partners, funders, and the broader community. Jessika brings over a decade of experience in fundraising and organizational management and is passionate about advancing racial justice and systems change.

Before joining YSRP, Jessika worked with the Center for Justice and Opportunity at John Jay College, Healing Hurt People at Drexel University, and the American Friends Service Committee, focusing on grant management, monitoring and evaluation, and narrative change.

Jessika holds a master’s degree in Urban Studies and Public Administration from the City University of New York (CUNY), where she also earned her undergraduate degree in International Studies and Development. Outside of work, she serves on the board of the Cook-Wissahickon Home and School Association, is a newly converted camping enthusiast, and is always on the lookout for a good dystopian novel.
