Maura Kelly is YSRP’s Office Manager, where she oversees daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, and providing administrative support to staff. Maura brings two decades of experience in office/operations management and is passionate about the fight for all, especially those who are continually oppressed, to be truly seen, heard, and respected.

Before joining YSRP, Maura has worked with Bread & Roses Community Fund, Supportive Older Women’s Network, Big Brothers Big Sisters International, and The Bottom Line Financial Services, Inc., focusing on administrative management and support. 

Maura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University. In her spare time, she enjoys movies & television (especially behind-the-scenes insights), rooting for the Phillies & Eagles, and sharing it all with her partner, Rob. She believes deeply in social justice led by those most impacted.
