Rukiya Ross is Head of Operations at inquirED, where she leads the systems, strategy, and execution that power the organization’s growth and impact. She oversees enterprise-wide operations across finance, human resources, supply chain, and general operations, and is responsible for building the infrastructure that enables the delivery of curriculum at scale. Her work includes managing multimillion-dollar inventory, overseeing multi-site warehouse operations, and implementing systems that drive efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

She previously led business strategy and operations at Springboard Collaborative and began her career at Goldman Sachs on the private equity compliance team.

Rukiya is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
